Viewing Payment History in Touchnet

This knowledge base article provides instructions for students to view their payment history and account activity through the Billing & Payment Center (Touchnet).

Follow the steps below to access Touchnet and login through AppalNet:

1. Go to appalnet.appstate.edu 

2. Select the Student Tab

3. Click the third option – “Student Account Options”

4. Select “Billing & Payment Center by Touchnet”

5. Once in Touchnet, the user will click on "My Account" in the top left corner:

• Click Account Activity.

6. View Payment History

• Locate the desired academic term.
• Select the arrow next to the term to expand the section.
• Review all payments, charges, and other account activity associated with that term.
