Lost or Expired Refund Checks

If a student’s refund check has been lost, misplaced, or expired, they should contact the Controller’s Office for assistance.

Note: Let the caller know when they hear the menu options, select option 1 for "issued checks".

The Controller’s Office can verify the check status, stop payment on the original check if necessary, and provide next steps for requesting a replacement or reissued check.
